We hope you love your Soul Grip socks! If you're not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return them for a full refund or credit note within 14 days of receiving your order.


    • Returns must be made within 14 days from the date the order was received.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, and with all tags attached.
    • Sale items are final and cannot be returned (this excludes bundles or items purchased using a discount code).

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
    • Soul Grip is not liable for any items lost in transit.

    Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirming your return and details of your credit note or refund.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Credit notes will be sent with your return confirmation email and will be available for use immediately. 

    Credit notes will be valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@soulgrip.com.au.

  • In the unlikely event that your items are faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@soulgrip.com.au so we can evaluate and rectify the issue.

    Please send a photo of the item and a description of the fault.

    Upon return of the faulty item, we will assess the item and offer you a credit note, refund or replacement.
